Bed Bath & Beyond recently filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

The company said it will begin shuttering its 360 Bed Bath & Beyond and 120 buybuy Baby stores, although exact closing dates have yet to be determined.

Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY stores and the stores’ websites will remain open as the company “begins its efforts to effectuate the closure of its retail locations.”

A statement on Bed Bath & Beyond’s website reads, “Thank you to all of our loyal customers. We have made the difficult decision to begin winding down our operations. Bed Bath and Beyond and buybuy BABY stores remain open to serve you.”

The struggling New Jersey-based retailer warned of the possible bankruptcy filing, closed all of its Harmon stores and terminated over 1,000 jobs earlier this year.
